Shipping Options (U.S. Orders)

We currently offer two shipping options at checkout for U.S. customers:

1. Free Shipping (No Tracking)
Orders are mailed via USPS First Class Mail.

  • No tracking included

  • Typically arrives within 4–7 business days after shipment

  • May take up to 15 business days

  • Because tracking is not included, we’re unable to provide delivery updates once your order has shipped

2. Tracked Shipping – USPS Ground Advantage ($5 Flat Rate)
Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

  • Includes a tracking number

  • Typically arrives within 4–7 business days after shipment

  • Offers more reliable delivery and delivery updates

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items ship once they are in stock; ship date listed on the product page

  • Pre-order items ship via free USPS First Class Mail (untracked)

  • Pre-orders may separately from in-stock items

International Shipping

We offer international shipping on in-stock items only. At this time pre-order items are not eligible for international shipping.

This policy helps us avoid excessive international shipping costs caused by split shipments.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery Time Estimates

  • Free Shipping (No Tracking): Typically 4–7 business days after shipment but could be up to 15 business days.

  • Tracked Shipping ($5): Typically 4–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.

Tracking Your Order

  • Free Shipping (No Tracking): You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@bigbiblestories.org and we’ll make it right.

  • Tracked Shipping ($5): You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@bigbiblestories.org and we’ll help resolve the issue.
