We currently offer two shipping options at checkout:

1. Free Shipping (No Tracking)

  • Orders are mailed through USPS standard letter mail.

  • This method does not include tracking and typically arrives within 4–7 business days, but may take up to 15 business days.

  • Because tracking is not included, we cannot provide delivery updates once your order has shipped.

2. Tracked Shipping – USPS Ground Advantage ($5 Flat Rate)

  • Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

  • Includes a tracking number so you can follow your package.

  • Typically arrives in 4–7 business days and offers more reliable delivery.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery Time

Tracking Your Order

  • Free Shipping (No Tracking): You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@bigbiblestories.org and we’ll make it right.

  • Tracked Shipping ($5): You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@bigbiblestories.org and we’ll help resolve the issue.
